Our Position: We Don't Sell or Share Your Data
PendingMoney does not sell or share your personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising or any other commercial purpose. This includes:
- We do not sell your data to data brokers, marketing companies, or analytics firms
- We do not share your data with advertisers to target ads at you
- We do not rent your email address or phone number to mailing lists
- We do not allow other apps or websites to track you based on your PendingMoney activity
- We do not use your data for purposes beyond operating PendingMoney and serving you
However, under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and similar laws in other states, you have the right to formally request that we don't sell or share your information. This page is how you exercise that right.
How to Submit a Request
You can submit a "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" request in two ways:
Option 1: Email us
Send an email to support@pendingmoney.us.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell My Personal Information" and include:
- Your full name
- Your email address associated with your PendingMoney account (if you have one)
- Your phone number (optional, but helps us verify your identity)
- A statement: "I request that you do not sell or share my personal information"

Verification & Response
When you submit a request, here's what happens:
- We verify your identity: We will use the information you provide to confirm you are who you say you are. This may take [5-10] business days.
- We confirm your request: Once verified, we will send you an email confirming that we have received and honored your request.
- We update your account: If you have a PendingMoney account, we flag it with your privacy preference so future staff know not to sell or share your data.
- No sale or sharing: From that point forward, we commit not to sell or share your personal information, consistent with our existing practices.
We will respond to all requests within [45] days, as required by law. If we need more information to verify your identity, we will contact you.
Authorized Agents
If you would like to authorize someone else (a parent, family member, or legal representative) to submit this request on your behalf, they may do so by:
- Sending an email to support@pendingmoney.us.com with the subject "Do Not Sell My Personal Information - Authorized Agent Request"
- Including their full name, email, and phone number
- Including your full name, email, and phone number
- Providing proof of authorization (e.g., power of attorney, guardianship documents, signed letter stating they are authorized to act on your behalf)
We will respond to authorized agent requests within [45] days and will verify the authorization before processing your request.
Other Privacy Rights
In addition to opting out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, you also have the right to:
- Know: What personal information we collect and how we use it
- Delete: Ask us to erase your data (with some legal exceptions)
- Correct: Update or fix inaccurate information
